How it Works

Four forces shape every bottle. We look for the places where all four line up.

Join the waitlist

Joining is free and carries no commitment. While you wait, explore NOMDE gifts and see what we are pouring now and what is still in barrel.

Receive your invitation

We will email you if a place opens. Accept the invitation and add a card on file to secure your place and your annual allocation.

Claim your allocation

Each autumn, your 3-pack is charged before the release closes, with larger allocations and large formats offered by invitation.

Keep your place

Members who take their allocation each year keep their place. If you skip a vintage, your place goes to someone on the waitlist.

One release a Year

Each NOMDE comes from a single place and a single season, and it is never made again. The next vintage is resting in barrel now, taking shape with time, patience, and care.

A limited circle

How many members we welcome depends on each year’s harvest. If no place is open, you’ll stay on the waitlist, and if the stars align, you’ll hear from us first.
